CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE BENCHMARK
Understand how candidates experience your recruitment process
The Candidate Experience Benchmark shows how rejected candidates and new employees experience your recruitment process.
We combine quantitative scores with open feedback and make visible where trust is established, where the process causes friction, and what recruiters and hiring managers can concretely improve.
WHAT WE MEASURE
Two perspectives on the candidate experience
We investigate the experiences of candidates who are not hired as well as those of professionals who start at the organization. It is precisely this combination that shows whether the promise made during recruitment matches reality.
Unsuccessful candidates
How do candidates who are not hired experience the process, and what image do they have of the organisation?
We examine areas such as:
how easily candidates can find the job advert and understand its content;
the online application process;
the timeliness and quality of communication;
interviews and personal attention;
rejection handling, feedback and willingness to recommend the organisation;
perceived exclusion based on personal characteristics;
New employees
Does the experience during the procedure and the initial period correspond to what was promised beforehand?
We are investigating, among other things:
the connection between vacancy and reality;
the quality of conversations and expectations;
the image of organization and culture;
preparation, systems and practical matters;
guidance and structure during onboarding;
The extent to which someone feels welcome and well-prepared.
FROM DATA TO IMPROVEMENT
You see where the experience goes well and where trust is lost.
We determine in advance which candidate groups, business units, and moments in the process are relevant.
The measurement combines quantitative scores with open feedback. Where possible, we compare the results with previous measurements and benchmark data.
What you receive
findings at key stages of recruitment and onboarding;
differences between relevant candidate groups or organisational units;
analysis of recurring experiences and qualitative feedback;
trends and benchmark comparisons where available and appropriate;
practical recommendations for recruiters, hiring managers and communications teams.
WORKSHOP
From insight to behaviour change
A report does not change the candidate experience on its own. In an interactive workshop, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders discuss the results, and we translate the key findings into agreements and actions for daily practice.
The workshop helps to:
-
to understand results together;
-
to determine priorities;
-
to clarify responsibilities;
-
to apply improvements directly to the recruitment process.
The workshop can be implemented immediately following the measurement.
